We also want to hear what you have to say. NACLA readers are among the most informed and opinionated crowd out there, so please, leave comments! Whether you thoroughly agree with our authors or passionately dispute the angle of an article, talk to us (and to each other). With your participation, NACLA online can be a rich forum for discussion on the Latin America topics of the day.

CHAVKIN DEADLINE EXTENDED!
You have until Friday, Oct. 26th to RSVP

NACLA Presents...
The Chavkin Prize for Integrity in
Latin American Journalism

Along with the Chavkin family, we are also  pleased to be honoring the winner of this year's Chavkin Award, Felix Antonio Molina, on October 30th, here in New York City. A Honduran investigative reporter and radio journalist, Molina hosts Resistencia, which is the voice of the country's anti-regime resistance movement. The network that airs the program, Radio Globo, has been shut down several times since the 2009 military coup, and Molina himself has received numerous death threats via text message. We're sure it will be exciting to meet him and hear about his important work in person.
