World Outlook Latin American coverage

The full English text of Che Guevara's recent declaration, "Vietnam and the World Struggle for Freedom" is printed in the April 28, 1967 issue of World Outlook. The same issue carries articles on guerrilla activity in Brazil, the Hugo Blanco case, police violence in the Dominican Republic and the statement of representatives of the eleven Latin American student organizations who reportedly withdrew from the Ninth Congress of the International Union of Students (IUS) meeting a Ulan Bator, Mongolia March 27 to April 5, when the Executive Committee of the IUS refused to put on the agenda the question of expelling the University Federations of Chile (UFUCH).

According to World Outlook, it "specializes in weekly political analysis and interpretation of events for labor, socialist, colonial independence and Negro freedom publications.
