Amazon Fires in South America, Women's Protests in Mexico, & More

Final Days to Support NACLA's Summer Fundraising Campaign

As we enter the final week of our summer fundraising campaign, we would like to share a few examples of what NACLA is able to do with support from readers like you.

Just last week, we released the latest print issue of the Report. “Todxs Somos Trabajadorxs” focuses on workers’ movements and labor struggles across Latin America (read the Editor’s Intro here). We’ve also been busy on the web, publishing timely articles on everything from the Amazon fires in South America to the #NoNosCuidanNosViolan protests in Mexico City. With elections in Argentina and Bolivia on the horizon, the remobilization of ex-FARC rebels, and environmental disaster in Brazil, we’re poised to bring you the highest level of quality news and analysis from around the region. Which is why we’re counting on your support to help pay more contributors and expand upon the web content available on nacla.org

In the coming weeks, we will be announcing several upcoming events. We also look forward to our collaboration with NYU’s Urban Democracy Lab on the next print issue of the Report. You can visit nacla.org/donate to make your tax-deductible contribution. Stay tuned for more updates and thank you for reading!
